Hoplonics provides independent on-site environmental screening services for residential and commercial properties. Our services are intended to provide observational and informational data based on conditions present at the time of screening, in the locations that were accessible during the visit, and using the instruments, procedures, and reporting framework applied at that time. Conditions can change over time, between rooms, and with occupancy, devices, ventilation, building systems, weather, or other variables. Because of this, results are time-specific and location-specific.
Our services do not guarantee current or future environmental conditions, do not certify an entire property as safe or unsafe, and do not replace specialized inspections, regulatory testing, engineering evaluations, industrial hygiene services, or other professional services where those may be appropriate.

6. Reports, Certificates, and Deliverables

These materials are limited to the parameters measured, the locations accessed, and the conditions present at the time of service.
Visual elements, scales, labels, summaries, and reference comparisons are provided to improve readability and communication. They should not be interpreted as guarantees, warranties, certifications of regulatory compliance, or representations that a property is free from environmental concerns.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our deliverables are for the client's informational use and may not be altered, excerpted out of context, or republished in a misleading manner.
7. Informational Use Only
Hoplonics provides informational environmental screening services. Our website content, measurements, reports, summaries, and communications are not legal advice, medical advice, engineering advice, industrial hygiene advice, construction advice, code compliance advice, or real estate disclosure advice.
